Cancellation & refund policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026 · This policy applies to all purchases made from Vistraal Private Limited via Razorpay, Stripe, or any other payment method we offer.

1. Overview

We want you to be confident buying from us. All Vistraal products are digital services — there is no physical shipping — and most offer a free tier or free trial so you can evaluate before paying. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are available for each product.

2. Product-wise refund terms

Naadham	Prepaid minute packs	Unused minutes are refundable within 7 days of purchase on a pro-rata basis (consumed minutes are charged at the pack's per-minute rate). After 7 days, unused minutes remain usable but are non-refundable. Minutes already consumed are non-refundable.
SitesFare	Subscription plans & add-ons	Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of first purchase of a plan. Renewals may be cancelled anytime before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds for renewal charges are available if requested within 7 days of the charge and the plan has not been materially used in that period. Domain registrations and third-party costs are non-refundable once provisioned.
PillCycle	App (free) / in-app purchases	The app is free. Any in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund process — request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com. Hospital Portal contracts follow the refund terms in their respective agreements.
AI Marketplace	Per-API-call usage & credits	Completed API calls are non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If an agent fails to respond due to a platform fault, the failed calls are not billed (or are credited back automatically).

3. When you are always entitled to a refund

• Duplicate payment: if you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
• Payment without service: if a payment succeeds but the purchased service/credits are not activated within 24 hours and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund.
• Platform fault: if a paid service is unusable due to a verified fault on our side for a prolonged period, we refund or credit the affected amount.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

1. Email feedback@vistraal.com from your registered email with the subject "Refund request".
2. Include your order/transaction ID (from your payment confirmation), the product, and the reason.
3. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and communicate a decision within 3 business days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval and are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects within 5–10 business days for Indian payment methods (via Razorpay) and 5–14 business days for international cards (via Stripe). Refunds are always made to the original payment instrument; we do not refund to a different account.

6. Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for services already consumed (connected call minutes, completed API calls, elapsed subscription periods beyond the windows above).
• Refunds may be declined where we detect fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
